Delivery & Returns
- 35 SAR delivery fee on all orders across KSA.
- Orders placed inside Jeddah (from Sunday until Thursday) will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after receiving a confirmation email.
- Orders placed outside Jeddah (from Sunday until Thursday) will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after receiving a confirmation email.
- Delivery is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays or Public Holidays.
- Payments can only be made via Cash on Delivery, Visa or Mastercard.
- Bioskinspa’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.
- In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Bioskinspa and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time.
- Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery.
- Products must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the purchase order and product standard (type, quantity and packaging condition). If the products do not comply with the placed order or are damaged, they can be returned with the courier. Alternatively, contact Bioskinspa by phone (+966 55 035 9222) or email (customercare@bioskinspa.com) within 24 hours of delivery. We will carefully examine the complaint and notify you of eligibility for exchange. *Terms & Conditions apply

سياسة التوصيل والإسترجاع
• رسوم خدمة التوصيل 35 ريال لكافة المناطق في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• تسلم الطلبات داخل جدة (من الأحد حتى الخميس) خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب عبر رسالة إلكترونية.
• تسلم الطلبات خارج جدة (من الأحد حتى الخميس) خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب عبر رسالة إلكترونية.
• خدمة التوصيل غير متوفرة يومي الجمعة، السبت وفي العطل الرسمية.
.تتم عملية الدفع عن طريق بطاقات الإئتمان من ماستركارد وفيزا أو نقداً عند التسليم •
• تسلم الطلبات من قبل فريق مختص لدى بيوسكين سبا أو من خلال شركات التوصيل إلى العنوان المذكور في طلب الشراء.
• في حال عدم تواجدكم في العنوان المحدد ولم نتمكن من تسليم الطلب، يتم إعادته الى بيوسكين سبا وخلال 24 ساعة ستعاود خدمة العملاء الإتصال بكم لتحديد موعد آخر.
• يتم التأكد من استلام الطلبات كاملة من خلال توقيع العميل على مستندات التسليم.
• عند الإستلام، يجب التأكد من جودة المستحضرات وأنها مطابقة للمواصفات وفقاً لطلب الشراء وفي حالة سليمة وأيضاً الكمية والغلاف الأصلي. إذا كان المستحضر مختلف أو تالف الرجاء إعادته مباشرةً مع المندوب أو يمكنك التواصل مع ببيوسكين سبا إما عن طريق الهاتف على (00966550359222) أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني (customercare@bioskinspa.com) خلال 24 ساعة. سيتم دراسة الشكوى بعناية ووفقاً لشروط وأحكام معينة، يتم الإستبدال.
